The BLEECEC project is investigating the effectiveness of blended learning training programmes for early childhood education and care (ECEC) professionals. Based on a systematic review and a meta-analysis, researchers from Austria, Germany and Norway are analysing the extent to which in-service blended learning courses influence teaching practices and child outcomes. The aim is to provide evidence-based findings for the further development of professional development formats in the field of early childhood education and care.
